Virginia, the birth place of 4 of our first 6 presidents. The Virginia plan was a major factor in the development of our constitution. What has happened to Virginia? The recent redistricting vote has very obvious problems. The total amount of votes cast per the supervisor of elections for Virginia was 3,061,497 and made up of 1,575,277 yes votes for redistricting and 1,486,220 No votes. When the election experts reviewed the precinct vote for the state and added up all the votes cast as reported by the precincts the total vote cast was 2,927,203. There seems to be 134,294 voters that voted at other than a precinct. Does anyone besides theelectionexpert@gmail.com see a problem? Let me know.
